When I grow up I want to be.....
Three responses to a poem. Who knew?
I'm eligible to retire in less that six years. Still not sure if I will jump on the opportunity at first chance but I may. If I do I will need something else to occupy my mind and time. Preferably something that will produce income. Previous experience tells me I can hang out at beach bars for about two months before the urge to change surroundings hits home.
So I have six years to put some kind of plan together that will keep me entertained, out of trouble and with some walking around money.
Male escort for rich widows? Doubtful.
Bartender? I'd get fired too soon.
Big game guide? Really don't want to leave Texas.
Fishing guide? There's a possibility.
Drug runner? I'm too lazy for that.
Arms dealer? The FBI would ask too many questions.
Setting up the homestead as a weekend retreat for city slickers? Maybe.
Herb farmer? Could be.
Lobbyist? Good money. Good hours. But would I still like myself?
Computer work? Hell no.
Porn critic? Wait, no one criticizes porn any more.
